An Outdated and Deteriorating Pool: The client's existing pool and spa were significantly outdated, showing considerable wear that detracted from the overall appeal and function of their outdoor space; the current finishes were showing their age, the spa's design and water features were no longer desirable, and there were underlying concerns about the pool's structural integrity, necessitating extensive renovation to restore it to a beautiful, modern, and fully operational condition.

A Comprehensive Pool and Spa Transformation: Our proposed solution involves a complete overhaul of the pool and spa, focusing on both aesthetic modernization and crucial structural enhancements to deliver a durable and visually stunning aquatic environment; this includes updating all finishes with a premium pebble interior and new waterline tile, redesigning the spa's facade and spillway, removing an existing outdated waterfall feature, replacing coping, and addressing critical functional elements such as new skimmers and thorough pressure testing to ensure long-term integrity and enjoyment.
