2005
Complete Exterior Solutions was founded in Flower Mound with a strong commitment to service, quality, and community connection. Starting with just a lawnmower, a beat-up Dodge truck, and an unrelenting work ethic, the business quickly grew from a local lawn care service into a trusted provider of comprehensive exterior solutions. Rooted in a dedication to excellence, Complete Exterior Solutions continues to serve the community with the same values that have defined it since day one.
2006
Recognizing a demand for comprehensive care, Complete Exterior Solutions expanded from lawn care into property maintenance. This marked the beginning of a holistic approach to outdoor services, providing clients with ongoing maintenance and support to keep their landscapes thriving.2009
As clients’ needs grew, Complete Exterior Solutions began offering concrete and stone installations. This addition enabled the company to handle more intricate projects and paved the way for creating durable, custom hardscapes that enhance the aesthetic and functional value of outdoor spaces.
2010
The company further expanded its expertise by moving into framing and structures. This allowed Complete Exterior Solutions to design and build unique features, from pergolas to custom outdoor structures, giving clients more creative options to personalize their outdoor areas.
2012
Building on a reputation for quality, Complete Exterior Solutions introduced pool remodeling services. With this, the company was able to revitalize and transform clients’ pools into beautiful, functional areas, adding a new layer to the company’s outdoor living offerings.
2018
With a growing portfolio and client base, Complete Exterior Solutions assembled a larger team of skilled professionals and developed internal verticals. This ensured that every project—no matter the scale—was handled with the same high standards, providing a seamless, one-stop-shop experience for clients.
2020

2024
Austin-based Structure Landscapes, acquired Complete Exterior Solutions as part of its strategic regional expansion. With this acquisition, Structure Landscapes is taking over operations and integrating decades of expertise to enhance offerings and deliver a seamless, one-stop-shop experience for outdoor living solutions across Texas.
Complete Exterior Solutions has proudly served the Flower Mound community and surrounding areas for 20 years. Founders PJ Kratohvil and his wife Ashlee, both Flower Mound natives, graduated from Marcus High School and Liberty Christian, respectively. After multiple Marine Corps deployments, PJ returned home to start a family and a business committed to quality work and a balanced life.
At Complete Exterior Solutions, we go beyond being a company; we foster a culture where employees take pride in their work and feel part of something bigger. Since launching in 2005, we’ve grown while maintaining the small-business, personalized touch that sets us apart.
In 2024, Matias Wiegandt and Edgar Galindo joined our team, bringing valuable expertise from Austin. Their contributions have strengthened our expansion efforts as we continue to provide the high-quality service that defines us.

Edgar Galindo
Edgar Galindo brings over a decade of experience in construction and business management, with a focus on precise project execution. A futurist by nature, he leverages emerging technologies to drive growth, streamline ownership transitions, and implement process automation. Known for simplifying complex ideas, Edgar excels at aligning teams and leading strategic transformations. His entrepreneurial expertise spans business development, operational optimization, and product launches. Edgar’s strengths lie in building relationships, executing ideas, and continually refining processes to foster innovation and growth.

Justin Wooley
Justin Wooley brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the landscaping industry to his role as CEO of Complete Exterior Solutions. Throughout his career, he has held senior operational and executive positions across regional, national, and privately held firms, consistently driving performance, growth, and client satisfaction. Justin’s background spans all facets of commercial landscape management, including irrigation, arbor care, storm response, and large-scale maintenance operations. As CEO of CES, Justin is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service through streamlined operations, expert leadership, and a strong customer-first culture.
Director of Operations
Justin Mars
A Minnesota native, with over 15 years in the construction industry, Justin is on the board of directors for The Holly Scanlan Foundation and a member of the Cross Timbers Rotary Club. He drafts plans and oversees the day-to-day operations of Patio & Pool remodel projects. His attention to detail and eagerness to help, whatever the job may be, makes him an absolute asset to the team. He enjoys grilling and woodworking.
Project Manager
Carlos Carrera
Carlos has been a crucial part of the team for about 10 years now. As a 26-year local to the area, he heads up our project management side of the house, overseeing the daily logistics of our projects. Carlos has been married for 30 years with 3 kids and 1 granddaughter. They enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family. We are lucky to have him on the team.

Kelly Jones
Kelly Jones brings a fresh, strategic approach to marketing at Complete Exterior Solutions. With two years of experience working directly with DFW-area landscapers and seven years of local market insight, she understands the unique needs of both commercial clients and the communities we serve. Kelly leads CES’s branding, outreach, and client communication efforts—combining creativity with data-driven strategy to highlight our services and support long-term growth.

Andrew is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management and customer relations. He specializes in building long-term partnerships that drive growth and brand visibility, bringing proven expertise from the multifamily, data solutions, and service industries. Andrew is dedicated to helping clients achieve better results through tailored solutions and trusted guidance.
Landscape Sales
Joe Butera
Joe brings over a decade of experience in landscaping, irrigation, and sales to Complete Exterior Solutions. He has held leadership and sales roles with top industry names including BrightView Landscapes, Weathermatic, Texas Irrigation Supply, and Chervon North America. With a strong background in account management, irrigation, and territory development, Joe has built his career on providing clients with reliable solutions and long-term landscape success. At CES, he combines his technical expertise and client-first approach to deliver customized exterior solutions that exceed expectations.
