How our process works

Initial Design Meeting

We start by meeting with you to understand your vision and assess the site, considering both opportunities and constraints.

  • We listen to what you want

  • We provide suggestions based on our extensive experience

  • We help you understand what’s needed and what’s next

Design & Revisions

In this phase we go over what your custom outdoor living design is going to look like. We’ll make decisions such as:

  • What materials we’re using

  • What seating, dining, cooking and lounging areas are needed

  • What additional features are needed

And more!

Visit our Showroom

In this phase we’ll have you in our showroom to dive deep into your renderings and get to see and feel different materials such as:

  • Tile, coping, travertine

  • Plant material, sod and gravel

  • Appliances and other equipment

Construction Drawings and Permitting

Next we prepare the designs for implementation and get you on the schedule. This is mostly a technical step, and we will require very little involvement from you.

  • Drainage, Irrigation and lighting maps

  • City, HOA and any other required permits

  • Material specifications

Construction

It’s time to bring your vision to life! Our framer, stone & concrete, electrician and  landscaper crews will be on your property for a few days or weeks, building your dream outdoor space.

  • Foliage is healthy and trimmed

  • Irrigation is working properly

  • Any ad hoc issues are addressed promptly

Maintenance

Now that we’ve delivered the custom outdoor living space of your dreams, we are able to sign you up for our recurring maintenance plans (if applicable).

  • Mowing, trimming and seasonal color changes

  • Irrigation system checks

  • Any ad hoc issues are addressed promptly
