We cannot say enuf good about Carlos! Oh my, he was sooo helpful in explaining what would be going on and answering questions. So personable! And then even coming over himself after the install to add a trim piece himself! He is a gem! Hang onto him!
And same with the lead carpenter! So nice and concerned how we wanted the slats spaced etc.
We sure had a windstorm this week to test the wall a bit, although not from the south, but we are happy to say it didn’t seem phased. 😊
The French drain guys worked so fast and it looks great. Not much rain yet to test them out but fingers crossed. 😊
We will happily join others in Harvest that recommend you now not only for large jobs but small ones like ours, too!

The process of designing and building was far more seamless than any previous work we had done using a local competitor. Everything from the first meeting to the final touches got done with a can-do spirit and a professional, competent attitude. The project was finished on time with incredible attention to detail by the entire staff and crew. PJ helped with the design and layout, as well as with adding some of his suggestions along the way. The finished product is stunning. Most impressive were the daily updates by both PJ and his foreman on the job. I really can’t say enough about this company. So professional. Great attention to detail. They got back to us promptly with an estimate. We met PJ at their showroom and he really helped us to come up with a plan to update our back yard. He gave us plenty of options at various price points, and really worked with us to make the best use of our space, while respecting what we had hoped to achieve.
They were great with communication before, leading up to and during the whole construction process. We were always kept in the loop regarding who was coming what day, what was going to happen each week, any delays due to weather, inspections, etc. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Everything was completed in a very timely manner.
The project manager stopped by usually everyday to check in with us and check on progress. The owner also stopped by weekly to check in. Im sure they have many jobs running at once, but you would never know it because they always took the time to make us feel like we were their only job. We never felt rushed or like a burden when we asked about something.
The same praise can be said about all their various work crews. Very courteous. Hard working. Very attentive to details. We had wood, stone, and concrete work done and I often saw them out there measuring, re-measuring, making sure everything was level from all angles. And it shows because everything looks amazing. They even came back to install a last minute add on to our patio.

We just had our back yard renovated by Complete Solutions. We had a vision for our back yard, but because of restrictions in Lantana, had to go a different route. What we ended up with is far better than anything we could have imagined. Although we have a very small space, PJ designed a plan that incorporated function as well as form and resulted in a beautiful, serene area; he was intuitive enough to know what we needed even when we didn’t.
Even after a rain delay, the job was completed within two weeks, with the entire crew (PJ, Ashlee, Kirk, Lalo) responsive to our questions and concerns every step of the way – even answering texts after hours! I don't normally provide recommendations for companies here, but I frequently see questions about who is good in this space so I wanted to give a shout out to PJ Kratohvil and his team at Complete Exterior Solutions. We've been using them for well over 10 years for backyard maintenance and any landscaping services we need.
They've always been amazing to work with, do excellent work, and are reasonably priced. We had them sod our front yard when we couldn't get grass to grow consistently, do boarders around trees and beds, redo the landscaping in our backyard, and other projects over the years. PJ has always come out personally and discussed what we are looking for and made great recommendations that always turn out looking excellent. The crews are great and Ashlee and the staff in their office are a delight to work with if you have any issues or questions. We follow PJ here on FB and he's always showing new projects for redesigned backyards that are amazing and make me wish my budget were such that I could get them to build some of the stuff they show off. I can't say enough about how great they've been and highly recommend them for any job you need no matter what it is. And, no, they did not request this recommendation and I'm sure they will be surprised that I chose to post it. Im not affiliated with them, but have had bad service from so many companies lately that I thought it would be nice to provide a shout out to one that I have been able to count on for so long.

I don't typically write reviews but felt very compelled to write this one due to the excellent customer service we received from CES.
The previous owners of our home painted our entire pool deck a very light color. After the big hail storm in 2017, the paint chipped so we had it repainted. The patio never looked good...It looked dirty and the paint would continually chip off and end up in our pool. We decided we wanted to back to the original look that we could see was underneath the paint (a terra cotta color). In November we hired a painter that we had used in the past to strip off the paint and seal it. He made a huge mess, did not finish the job and quit returning my phone calls.
In January we decided to find someone else to help us. I reached out to neighbors on Facebook and was referred to CES. PJ came out the next morning and looked at our mess. He sent someone out to do a sample section on our deck to see if the paint could be removed and sealed. Judging from the sample they told us they would be able to do it. We agreed on a price and they started a few days later.
They got into the job and realized it was not going as planned. The paint was not coming up. At this point they expressed concern that we were not going to be happy with the finished product. They told us another option for our deck was to do an overlay. They had just completed a job around the corner from us. We went and looked at the overlay and it was beautiful! It was also 3 times as expensive!! The unbelievable thing is they went ahead and did the overlay and only charged us for what we originally agreed upon for the stripping and sealing!!

Just wanted to say a special thank-you for the drainage improvements that were part of our most recent project with PJ and crew. For the first time in over 25 years, the drainage handled all of the rain that we received in the two most recent storms, with no erosion damage to our landscaping.
