The Solution

We crafted a sophisticated Southern-style cottage garden defined by its symmetry and classic elegance. Throughout the design, we incorporated meticulously clipped hedges to establish clear lines and structure. A beautiful, natural flagstone pathway was installed, leading purposefully into a welcoming decomposed granite courtyard. This not only revitalized the previously unused side yard but also created a charming destination within the garden. To add a striking visual contrast, a carefully selected specimen Japanese maple was positioned to provide a vibrant pop of color, beautifully offsetting the serene shades of green found across the rest of the garden. The result is a harmonious, stylish, and inviting outdoor space that perfectly captures the essence of Southern charm.
